				<description>&#060;p&#062;Elly, is it possible that the card was for a price adjustment of some kind? I think it's strange that your name would be inside the envelope if it was someone else's card. Maybe it would be worth calling Nordstrom again, to get a different rep, and ask about just canceling out the card number. Maybe a different rep would just tell you to keep the card, or maybe she can check to see if there is a valid reason why you got it. (Was a return that you made in the past not credited correctly?)&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I'm sorry about the jeans. I know how much of a downer it is to find out that a package you've been dying to get has been stolen. I once ordered a bunch of stuff from Victoria's Secret, and the package never arrived. VS was great and sent me another package, but it's disheartening. Especially if your size has sold out in the meantime!

Of course you are NOT going to pay from your pocket to have this card returned.....if they made an error by sending you someone's card, they should fix it and cancel the card. I am guessing that 'someone' must've called about missing returns card and gotten another one. &#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I really think you should just go ahead and use this card. It has YOUR name. So I highly doubt the staff at Nordstrom is going to figure out who's card they sent to you by mistake....

				<description>&#060;p&#062;CocoLion-- I'm not sure. I was mostly concerned about another customer missing it. My customer service rep. was super sweet but very spacey and never offered to do anything special for me for my trouble-- I believe the work &#034;like&#034; was used multiple times in describing how I could mail it back to the address on the receipt. Honestly, I wouldn't have had qualms about using it, but don't want to cause trouble. It was odd because it had my name inside the envelope.

&#060;p&#062;I had a FedEx package mis-delivered show up after a month and a half. It was delivered one street over and that person just sat on it that long. When she finally brought it over she said &#034;I just thought Fed Ex would come back for it&#034;...despite the fact that no one is home during the day, she didn't leave it out for them, and she didn't contact FedEx to even let them know! Needless to say, I do not have kind thoughts towards her!! That is slightly better than I first thought, that someone decided to steal it...but why would you keep a package that long and do nothing about it?!&#060;/p&#062;

&#060;p&#062;I was finally able to find the jeans somewhere else. We will see if they get here, but I was frustrated because I've been waiting for them for 2 weeks and now have to wait again.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I was pleased that Nordstrom's customer service was willing to refund the money without making me jump through tons of hoops like other retailers sometimes do. However, my rep was extremely slow today, which didn't help with the frustration. I have no idea what is up with the &#038;nbsp;gift card-- I called because I hoped they would be able to figure out who it really belonged to, but no dice. I can't believe they want me to pay (extra postage) and mail it back to them. Amazon did something similar once and I got to keep the item even though it was far pricier than $18.&#038;nbsp;&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I'm really irritated with UPS. We have a long history of mail being stolen by postal employees at our local post office, but I've never had issues with this before.&#038;nbsp;

Nothing.....right? You could just use it....but you told them it was a mistake and were honest.  If they can't cancel the number from their end, I see no reason why you should spend a single penny to send it back to them. Apparently, they don't care about those $18! &#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I also think UPS shouldn't get away with this. How can they condone an employee stealing stuff?! With CC TV everywhere these days, how could they have no clue where the package went? I would expect better standard from them, considering they handle so many packages everyday.....they aren't supposed to 'release' things to anyone (if they stick to their story). &#060;/p&#062;

As for the UPS, my delivery guy is usually the best but I had an order go missing from Zara in the spring. Zara were awful to deal with. I am sure somebody at UPS did the deed. I eventually got a refund from Zara but not without a lot of complaining.

&#060;p&#062;I just need to vent. I'd ordered a pair of BF jeans from Nordies that were supposed to arrive on Thursday that never did. After some investigation it appears that they were &#034;released&#034; to someone without delivery and without anyone signing for them at our local UPS headquarters--I have a feeling they were taken by an employee since you cannot stop by our UPS and pick up packages.&#038;nbsp;&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Nordstroms is great and refunded the money (after spending 35 minutes on the phone) but I'm irritated because they are sold out in my size and I'm not having luck finding them elsewhere (esp. not with free shipping and returns).&#038;nbsp;&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Nordstrom also accidentally sent me an $18 gift card for a return I didn't make and they can't figure out who made it, but want me to pay my own postage to send the thing back.&#038;nbsp;&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Plus, another seller I used recently keeps sending me receipts for an old purchase.&#038;nbsp;&#060;/p&#062;
