I loved them, and they did fit great around my calves. Buuuuut, my high arch prevented me from getting my foot into the foot part easily, so my heel would catch on the cardboard heel form and even after days of trying I could only get the right boot on.<br /> So if you have average or lower arches you should be good to go.
