I'm going to check out K can shop's recommendation. </p> <p>Elly, I always felt like because my eyes and nose are quite large, I needed to back off on lip color, like I'm kind of afraid to have too much going on with my face, if that makes any sense. It's weird, I have a small face but large features and I always felt like bold lips made me look too...something. I remember there was a commercial one time with a woman with a similar fear: "Here come Janet's lips!" I also don't think my mouth/lips are my best feature, and I worry about drawing attention down from my eyes to the mouth, where the eye then gets pulled to my prematurely aging jawline, which is the only thing about getting visibly older that really bothers me. </p> <p>All that said, I do think this color photographed pretty well, which made me consider it. But then I got home and asked hubs what he thought, and he didn't like it. He's not a fan of bold/bright lips on anyone though. </p> <p>If I can find a softer version (K's recommendation sounds like a good possibility), I may go for it. I think you can pull it off because you have the fab dark hair and eyes and bright, dramatic features, but you might look more more... subtle, chic, with a nude-er lip. So it's kinda 2 different looks.</p> <p>I still wear some of my darker/redder lipsticks from time to time and one minute I'll like it, thinking it adds color and definition and I can handle it with brown eyes and hair, and the next is, oh, go softer.
