Rachylou, the bow is the waistband of the skirt and is a wide grosgrain ribbon. Or, do you think it's better keeping it simple?</p> <p>I don't often wear this skirt; in fact, it's been years, and I'm happy Angie inspired me with her ensemble. </p> <p>I have a few more outfits to share under different categories and will post again soon. </p>
