Have returned 5 and found none in local stores. The stated lengths are I guess for size 8,so evaporates in my size even in the few that purport to be knee length. Have started keeping my eye out for a full-length that could be shortened but most of those are too formal in style.</p> <p>Who's buying the short dresses? Although I can occasionally find a skirt long enough, (and there are few choices) it's been a long time since I have been able to find a dress that would reach the top of my knees.
