When I got the Sloan Windowpane pants, I was thrilled with the fit and feel of the Sloans on me, however most of them seem to be skinny ankle length pants, which I really don't need, nor want.  But, wait, what is that I see... black velvet, full length trousers?  Oh my.  Only available in size 14.  Which I am not  :(. So, I seem to have a problem with Banana Republic, I'm on that site every second day it seems.  And every once and a while, I check in on my Velvet sloans, just for fun.  Last wednesday, OMG, my size was available.  Went to the washroom, or answered the phone, and poof.  Gone.  Go to lunch with a friend and moan to her about not pushing the button fast enough.  Check again about 3:00, and they are back!  Hit the buy button, things look good, and 5 minutes later gone again.  So who knows...  Don't see anything else from them, am expecting a note saying there has been a mistake. Friday:  Get an email sometime in the evening saying that my package has shipped.  I dare to get my hopes up. Yesterday, heading out to Browines, and a wonderful postman hands me a package in the driveway.  It's them, and they fit like a freaking glove.  And so fast! Will get photos sometime, when pre-Christmas freaking out has slowed down.  But I'm happy.  Funny how somethings just hit you, isn't it?  And I just had to share, cuz I know at least one of you will understand. :)  :)  :)
