(I once evaluated a college student who was taking a class in "Knot Math" and I broke into a cold sweat when I heard that that was even a thing.)&nbsp;</p> <p>I tried Angie's "use it as a base for a bow" and ended up with a hot mess, whether I used a stiff ribbon or a flimsy, floppy one.
