And it does skew heavily Lands End, so we may have camping triplets soon, Karie.<br /> Boots, Vasque or Asolo old school leather hiking boots are the most comfortable footwear I have ever owned. The faithful plaid brown skirt is too Put A Bird On It in shape and completely clashes with this year's crocs (went with pink not brown in a flight of fancy). The convertible cargo pants, they say they're a size 8 and I think they must be a child's size 8... And I don't have a camping puffy anymore, due to vigorous closet cleaning... I took back a Target puffer from the donation bag for this trip. Last but not least, I found out why I normally do hiking boots for camping: trail sneaks easily get soaked.</p> <p>Don't get me started on my tent. In any case: Snuck into Lassen before the high season started. It's the 100 year anniversary of the last eruption of Mount Lassen. Expected the typical afternoon rain. Experienced pouring rain, hail, and snow! </p> <p>Lilypup is now officially worldly. She's seen the ocean and now romped in the slushy stuff </p>
