My initial reaction is that #6 and #7 don't fit you as well as they could. I don't think the proportions of them are flattering on you, however maybe they are better with dresses?

My BR denim jacket bleeds colour as well, which is really disappointing. I haven't done anything yet to try to fix this, but I do intend to. Instead I just make sure I'm wearing it with dark clothes underneath.

And I like the blush Zara jacket, a lot.

Hard to tell the wear issues from photos.

I like your plan though... grouping then replacing the "worst" in each group is very smart.

I didn't notice so much in the original pics, but in the close up ones I'm not sure about the shoulder fits. They seem a little wide-though could be what's under also. I say try them on in context of what you'll be wearing them with.
And-if you decide to get new, buy together with something you'd wear it with. Then you know you'll be happy with proportions and layering.
Colorwise I definitely think you should have a light neutral, blush, yellow and red!

I like them all and think they fit various outfits and silhouettes. We certainly couldn't do without FFB neutrals but my faves for S/S are 2, 9 and 12-these 3 are not only cheery but looking more current and not at all tired- so, dare to be bold more often! Not much help I know!:-(

First pass I like 2 and 6 least. I am also questioning 7 and 10. But it really does depend on styling, fit, comfort and other factors of course.

For #2, could you change the buttons to something less high contrast? I think that might help you un-see the “clown costume” effect. It’s a nice piece!

Good realistic plan.

1 2 and 9 I really like but you mentioned you had struggles to style them.

I wonder about something to set the dye in 1 (salt?). I like it worn very simply maybe with bright shoes or a scarf.

2 is fun but the sleeves make it harder. Really nice in the spring though I think.

9 - A touch of red in pants or a skirt, or a scarf or even lipstick could be fun. I would also wear with jeans (but this may not be your work dress code).

I agree with you, 4 is my least favorite along with 3 and 12. I don’t like the collarless boxy cuts as much.
I like the floral blazer a lot and the yellow one. A taupe blazer would be useful.
I really like Theory blazers. They are cut very nicely. Also vintage Pendleton-the quality is very good.

I jus tallied all the votes. #6 lime green one is the ‘winner’ here, with record 13 votes as the least favorite. #7 and #11 are second and third place.
Absolute favorite winner is #4 which is a big surprise to me since this one is my clear least favorite of all.
I did some more analysis and decided to group them in categories - dark neutral (1,8,9,10), light neutral (2,3, 4, 11) and color (5,6,7,12) and replace the worst from each category. That would mean new lightweight navy blazer to replace #8, new light neutral (cream, white, or blush, maybe even pastel blue) to replace #11, and a bright colorful one - apple green or turquoise - to replace #6.
I feel much better now that I have a plan, thank you all for helping me clear my head. Now I just need to find something that fits the bill. I don’t think I will be able to switch to dresses this summer, I have to address the issue of my summer shoes which will not leave a lot of money in my budget for new dresses too. I will probably start adding more dresses in fall winter season.

Not reading the other responses, but here's my $0.02:

1 - don't care for the exposed snaps.

2 - the sleeves are too puffy for MY taste; YMMV.

3 - is it faded? I can't tell color from here.
4 - Keep. I love the texture and cut. Does it zip? That might be the deciding factor for ME - zippers are my nemesis - I catch them on EVERYTHING...
5 - keep.

6, 7, 8 - look dated, to me.
9 - I struggle with the pattern, but the fit looks good.
10, 12 - look current and fit looks ok.

11 (white stripe) - the fit looks ok, but I don't care for the stripes. what about your new white moto? Or a find a replacement in light solid ivory with some texture like a tweed?

Your feedback is really helpful, thank you all.
The longer I have been looking at them the less I like them, and want to throw them all out and start from scratch LOL
Here is a little background about each that I did not want to share before because I thought that may influence your opinion.
#1 is BR Angie’s pick. It is dark denim and unfortunately has been leaking color so I am scared to wear it with anything light colored, making it little limited.
#2 Zara from last year, a mistake. I haven’t worn it almost at all because it was impossible to layer over it. And after my DD11 told me that it looks like clown jacket because of big buttons and sleeves I could not unsee it any more. I do like idea of blush jacket though.
#3 is a workhorse and I didn’t notice that it looks worn, but maybe it is, I have been wearing it a lot and it is few seasons old, it is from Esprit
#4 I was surprised that it got so much love, because it is one of my least favorites, it feels boxy, and is loosing threads constantly, you can see few on the loose in the picture. From Esprit, one of oldest.
#5 a favorite from Zara. I adore this color, it mixes easily with my wardrobe, but it is old and it was not the greatest quality to start with. I would like to replace it with one in the same color.
#6 is Betty Barcley, was sitting in storage for many years, just took it out because I adore its color, it is much brighter and fresher IRL, and I have some items that I want to try pairing it with but I do worry that it is dated.
#7 another cheap Zara blazer. I don’t think it is small, I often have the issue of blazers pulling across breast when closed but I rarely wear them closed. I am not particularly attached to that one and could easily let it go, it is at least 5 years old.
#8 Zara linen blazer, a workhorse that has seen better days. Would probably like to replace it with something similar.
#9 Boden from last summer. Being patterned it turns out less wearable than I thought, hopefully adding red bottom will make it more useful.
#10 Schumaher, many years old. It is dark denim, I wore it a lot before, but not that much last few years. It has ripped lining too.
#11 Basler, about 2 years old. I am ambivalent about that one. Keeping it only because I don’t have many light colored blazers, so maybe should replace it with another light neutral one?
#12 oui, present from last birthday. Color is spot on, but not sure that I would bought it myself.

I took another set of closeup pictures, this time even more lazy, wearing them over my loungewear, please ignore that

Ok -- being highly critical with the disclaimer that, as others have mentioned, some of these may look better with skirts dresses --

#5, #8, #10 unless alterations give them a bit more shape
#6 and #7 (unless better with skirts/dresses)
#2 (looks too big)

Bijou - that was such a valuable feedback, I appreciate it so much. I still want to move away from work pants, but haven’t found solution for bare legs in AC - how do you deal with that? I love all 3 of your jackets, they seem lika a very smart choices. Bomber is again something that I never tried but maybe should give it a chance.

Anchie one question to consider is if you still want a change in style direction. About a month ago, you were frustrated with your work uniform of pants and wanted to move to wearing more skirts and dresses. If that is still the case, the toppers you will need for skirts and dresses are likely to be different to what works best with pants.

Like you I work in cold air conditioning at work, so even if the temperature outside is hot, it is cold at work and I need a jacket. My two workhorse summer jackets that can be worn with most dresses and skirts are cropped with 3/4 sleeves (find #1 & #2). My dresses tend to be more statement pieces, so these jackets are the support act. By contract, my tweed bomber (find #3), being quite a statement in its own right, is brilliant over basic black or white shift dresses and also works with pants, it is versatile, but just in a different way.

Of your blazers, these are my initial impressions.
#1 looks brilliant on you and is so versatile - working with both pants and dresses - definite keep.
#2 - I'm on the fence. Not something that I love or dislike either.
#3 - this one I think looks a bit tired, it is similar to #4 and I like #4 much more.
#4 - keep - I like the fit and geometric print, good with pants and shift dresses.
#5 - is a great colour. It is really good with pants, but given the length, I think more difficult to style with skirts and dresses.
#6 - retire this one - #5 is better.
#7 - retire, it looks too small when buttoned up.
#8 & #10 - these are so similar - keep whichever one is in the best condition.
#9 - Love this - definite keep - great with pants and shift dresses.
#11 - retire - I don't like the colours in this one.
#12 - Keep until you get another red jacket that you love more. Red is fabulous on you.

The ones I like least-

6) Looks short and a bit dated.
11) Fit seems off in the bust line.
3, 4, 5, 8, 10) All in the middle- keep if you like them, and have ways to style them. Otherwise, pass. I found these to be hard to judge over a simple dark column of color.

My favorites are 1, 2, 9, 12.

Ok / 6 7 8 are my least favourites. A mix of colour and fit.

1 2 3 4 9 10 are my favourites.

Double breasted styles maybe as a gap? If you like them.

I’m a little like that too, except if someone says something doesn’t work, I want to know why, so I can apply that thinking next time.

Looking at my picks above, it’s pretty clear that I went for things that show your shape. I’m not sure that’s even a business-appropriate criteria. I’m not kidding or trying to spare your feelings when I say I don’t see any negatives there. Blazers just make me shrug my shoulders. But I’m sure Gryffin and other pros will pop by & comment.

FashIntern - please don’t be afraid to say what you really think, I am sure you have an opinion and I appreciate all the feedback, positive and negative equally. Negative is actually much more helpful to me and I don’t get offended by it.

That would be the ones I didn’t “fave”.
I probably should’ve hung back and been one of the last people to respond, because I’m not very good with blazers.
