Here's my 2 cents: </p> <p>1. Pull the tapered band lower down on your hips for a poufy blousson effect. The colour is sublime. No tucking!</p> <p>2. and 3. Wear the same colour underneath each blouse on both the top AND bottom and you will kick these blouses up several notches.
