I am not sure there is any way to remove cellulite based ont he causes:

Cellulite is thought to occur in 80-90% of postpubertal females. There appears to be a hormonal component to its presentation. It is rarely seen in males, but is more common in males with androgen-deficient states, such as Klinefelter's syndrome, hypogonadism, postcastration states and in those patients receiving estrogen therapy for prostate cancer. The cellulite becomes more severe as the androgen deficiency worsens in these males.

Based on this, I would say love the body you have and dress it well. Perhaps lean more toward bermuda shorts than short shorts.

If there were truly a scientific way to get rid of celullite without surgery, no one would have it. That said, toning your body is fantastic for a bunch of other very health related and scientific reasons.

Squats and lunges are great. And weight training is the best thing to lower body fat in general which will reduce the amount of cellulite. Rest assured you notice it more than everyone else though! And a little self tanner can make it less noticeable, too.

Bodyweight squats or squats in many combos with weights. and walking up hill on a treadmill or hills! Increase the resistance. Also... as a runner, we do sprints -- start slow, speed up, speed up, speed up, run as fast as you can and hold that for the last min and then repeat for pain.

For the cellulite thing, I heard a foam roller works wonders but really it's weight training that helps out.

Getting super excited for spring and all that goes along with it! Sandals, spring showers, bright colors-- all except for shorts. I'm super self conscious about my legs... I have a little bit of cellulite which I'm very aware of. Does anyone have any tips or tricks to getting toned legs? I just signed up for a weight loss challenge: http://www.teambeachbody.com/c.....-challenge

So I'm already doing full body workouts but I really need to focus on toning my thighs. Any advice would be much appreciated!
