To celebrate we spent the day in St. Augustine, FL, the oldest city in the US. We ate, drank, shopped and laughed, and held hands like teenagers. It was magical. I thought that the amazing muted textures of the old streets and buildings played with my blue striped dress in a way that felt inspired by Picasso's "Young Girl Reading on the Beach". I have also included John's dramatic and adorable WIW pose (I thought his crisp white button down with jeans was wonderful in this environment, and he stood out in a sea of tourists in shorts and tees). I bought a lovely little jade bracelet from a tiny shop owned by an Asian couple, who gave us quite an education on jade. I've included some photos of the day, just for fun... </p>
