I may need to order a bunch of options and do some in-depth at-home try-ons. I thought it looked very pretty on my foot and it didn't feel sloppy in any way. They haven’t broken — yet. I’ll wear them until they die, at the very least as my “keep beside the back door to run the trash out” shoes. But I’m starting to keep an eye out for a replacement. </p> <p>A couple of years ago, when I first saw these starting to get seriously worn, I got a pair of Olukai flip flops, but they ended up pressing on a bone in the top of my left foot that I think got broken when I dropped a heavy drawer on it over a decade ago. I had to donate those in short order. I’ve tried a pair or two here and there, but many sandals are too wide or too loose in the straps for me. Some of the adjustable ones have a lot of strap left over by the time I cinch them up, which is not great either. And I have moderate arches so Birks and the like, with highly molded footbeds, don’t fit my comfort needs. </p> <p>Has anyone found a decent-enough looking sandal for my type of feet? I don’t want super gearish looking ones — I prefer a slightly more minimal style that is easier to slip on without a lot of adjustment every time. The new Chaco flip flops are not like my old ones — I think they started making them wider, sigh. </p> <p>Thanks in advance! </p>
