I ordered a bikini set (not seperates), and what I recieved what a package with a totally different patterned top and bottom, and in 2 different sizes.</p> <p>I called to reorder, they no longer offered the item I wanted, so they let me order a different one for the same price. So I returned the package, got the new set. 2 months later I get a bill from them saying I owe them money for 2 things. They claimed they never recieved the return (I had tracking so I know they did), and they wanted to charge me the price difference between the 2 sets.</p> <p>After fighting with 3 levels of personel, all the way up to a high level manager, they agreed it was a mistake. A month later I received another bill, this time with late fees attached.</p> <p>Long story short it took me almost 6 months to get them to stop billing me. I think the last thing I bought from them was curtains--and they were a great buy and I still love them. But a shopping experience is only as good as the item you buy, right? That's why I was surprised. Before I ordered it, I tried on the dress at Macy's in a 2, 4, and 6. They had it in the wrong color. Last night I got their catalogue in the mail and I love just about everything in it. I could even afford to buy some of their clothes. My only problem is that I don’t think they have a store in the Kansas City area. I looked at the store locator on their website and it wasn’t very helpful. All it told me was that they have a new Spiegel Signature store in PA. Does anybody know if they have stores in Northern Missouri or Kansas? What are their sizes like? I’ve looked at their sizing chart, and an XS/4 is 33 ½ bust, 25 ½ waist, 32 ½ high hips, 35 ½ low hips. Their S/6 is 34 ½ bust, 26 ½ waist, 33 ½ high hip, and 36 ½ low hip. I’m not sure about the high and low hip thing, but I’m a 32-26-34. So will any of their cloths fit me? The dress I bough was a formal gown by Jessica McClintock. It’s a size 6 and is slightly big in the bust without a bra, but a good bra fills out what I don’t. </p>
