I do have a dear friend who has just been going through her recently deceased mother’s things, but I have such specific ideas about what I want that I’d rather not start. You’ve given me such good ideas about where to look locally—thanks!</p> <p>Nikki, I wish I’d thought to take good pix of the place, but I just snapped a couple to remember the windows, etc. It’s a 4-plex from the early 20th century, has a front porch, living room, dining room, and the kitchen and bedroom both facing the back. The kitchen and bath are small and not to my taste, but it’s not my forever home.
