If it were simply in a different solid color, I would not duplicate. I think the fact it's a stripe is what is tempting me.... I am going to sleep on it! Time to get offline!

And there is a 30% off online sale right now. I'm a big believer in duplicating perfect items. The stripes look fun. And it's washable. And it looks like it would be good under a blazer or cardigan. Are you convinced yet?

I'm a stripe lover and while I am not personally a fan of duplicating if you love the dress, why not?

I am a big fan of elastic waist belts (I'm wearing one over a dress today!). If you don't love Equestrian there are lots of other styles these type of belts come in.

But if you're set on that one I'll say black just because I always lean towards black.

Spotted this dress online at BR:

http://bananarepublic.gap.com/.....pid=917384

I have this identical dress, in solid black. Bought it on sale months ago. I just noticed that it is back, now being offered in this mini-stripe version.

I have worn the black version to death. It's the perfect travel dress. Effortless dressing, just pop it on with textured tights, tall boots, scarf, a denim jacket and a fun bag. I am a fan of ruching. I sized up in this so it skims and isn't too body con, and also hits below the knee.

Does it make sense to duplicate? What do you think of the stripes?

Also while I'm at it, I'd love to find a belt with elastic, I am thinking this would work well for me over dresses -- it would stay put, rather than moving when I sit down and my belly poofs out, slicing off buttons. I am not a huge Equestrian trend fan, but maybe this could be my nod towards that trend? If so, cognac or black?
