				<description>&#060;p&#062;My best convertible items are belts.  Sometimes they are not intended to be convertible but I wear them back side out anyway because I like the color of the back of the belt best.  Except for a reversible shift dress, I usually favor one way of wearing something and mostly wear it that way..&#060;br /&#062;
I do have an EF coat that is olive on one side, bone on the other.  I wear both sides pretty much equally.

				<description>&#060;p&#062;It occurs to me that the convertible item that works best for me is a bag that can be worn different ways — crossbody/clutch, shoulder/hand bag, etc. &#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I saw a shop with these bags in NYC last week and was kind of smitten. Unfortunately I saw it on my last morning there, and the shop wasn’t opening until around the time I needed to be in another part of town to head home. Otherwise, I might have had to buy one of these! I love the origami-inspired concept, and the shapes are by turns fun or practical. I’m quite curious. They remind me a bit of the Bao Bao bags by Issey Miyake.&#060;/p&#062;
