I wore the blue ones yesterday to walk around and take photos. Logged over four miles and I only felt it at the very end of the day, probably because I didn’t wear any socks and I forgot to put on Body Glide. Super breathable and comfy. Total winner and I’d be tempted to duplicate in another color. </p> <p>I tried the platform sole ones around the house today with thin socks and sad to say they just slip in the heel too much. I’ve made the mistake before of trying to live with that, and I’m not doing it now, even though I adore that metallic color. Maybe someday in the future I’ll find it in another style that fits better. I like cjh's version too. I typically wear similar socks in white under sneakers these days and honestly just live with the look. But with the tonal socks &amp; sneakers it's very subtle. I do find sometimes an insole can help with heel blisters though, just by making the fit better overall so my feet aren't slipping around.<br />Thanks for modelling and reviewing these Cons. More sneakers are not a necessity for me, but they will certainly be worn! Eminently practical for my life these days. Some of my old sneakers are getting a little worse for the wear.</p> <p>Finds are not working for me now on computer or phone, but I included photos with style names. </p> <p>1-5. The knit slip on style was a slam dunk the moment I put it on. Fits perfectly in a 7.5 (I’m normally an 8, so typically a 7.5 in Converse). No socks necessary. I love this color. It won’t go with every outfit, but I think it will go with enough to make them work with my wardrobe. Although these do make me want more of this color! </p> <p>6-10. I love the color of the dark metallic of this platform version. My left heel slips a bit in them — a typical problem for me, as my heels seem to be narrow for most shoes — so I’m not sure these are a sure bet. I really like the look, but the slipping heel is worrisome. </p> <p>Outfit: Athleta Brooklyn Glen plaid pants and WoolX tee. I like the tee, but dog hair does stick to it a bit. Worn to the camera store to rent a camera body and shop for a new camera bag, and drop off a donation of some photo equipment to a friend. </p>
