The husband's family is from MP and lives in Delhi + nearby cities. Our parents are in N. America and we were both brought up outside India.</p> <p>Both our families speak Hindi at home. I can read/write Hindi but have poor verbal/comprehension skills. The husband speaks/understands everyday Hindi but can't read/write.
