				<description>&#060;p&#062;Ok, they are redeeming themselves. I tried the code again the next day, and it worked. (Of course- why send the code out until it is activated? That still doesn't make sense) I ordered two other dresses to try, and I just got a shipping confirmation that they have shipped both dresses- only a day later. I was worried that these would be out of stock because they were listed as low in stock, but I got both and they are on their way.

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Ugh! I had a similar experience with Esprit. The website took my order and I didn't find out until later that only one item was in stock. I would have cancelled the order had I known. I was disappointed with their customer service as well. Never again.

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Esprit is really not my favorite place to shop online. I only go there if I found something I can't find anywhere else. I hate how they don't send you an order confirmation right away like most sites do. This made me extremely nervous when I ordered my LBD because I wasn't sure if the order went through or not, and my size is one of the first to sell out, so if my order didn't get processed, it would probably mean the dress would be gone. &#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Can you call them and order it by phone? I know it's a pain but it's better than missing out!

				<description>&#060;p&#062;A few weeks ago, I ordered a cute, cotton summer dress form the Esprit online outlet. About a week after my order, I got a shipping confirmation email, which when I read it closely said that the item was out of stock and they hadn't shipped it. Esprit shows you online which sizes are available, so their system must be much slower than their traffic. Anyway, this morning I got another email form them apologizing for the canceled order and giving me a 20% off code. I went back into the outlet store and found two other dresses to try, but it won't let me use the code- says it is not active yet.&#060;br /&#062;
So, if Esprit can't get their act together, they are going to loose my business. It's not worth the hassle!
