The kids helped sort and put away laundry today, and dh ran to the store. My oldest dd (8 years) even put a load of clothes in the washer and dryer; she said it was so much fun!</p> <p>I'm supposed to put no weight on my ankle now, but I'm hoping I might get a walking cast this week or next depending on what the orthopedist says. I don't seem to have much free/me time with the kids home for the summer. But I fell and broke my ankle on Friday so all the pool, zoo, library and museum trips will come to a screeching halt. Aaack, the kids are going to be so bored! I'm worried about them, but we'll figure something out. Thankfully it was the left ankle so I can still, in theory, drive. Anyway, on the bright side, there will be lots more iPad time on YLF! </p>
