The one near the remaining Nordstrom in Columbia is pretty good. I haven’t been up to Towson in two years, and I’m kind of curious to go see what that’s like, since that was the area where I grew up and I’ve shopped that mall since I was very young. When I stopped working at the radio station, I no longer had good reason to drive up there (about 50 min away). Now I have a return to go back to Nordstrom and I think I’ll take a trip up there one day soon for the return, because my mail-in return from February only just a couple of days ago was credited to my account. (Our JCrew was downgraded from a regular retail to a Mercantile a couple of years ago.) There are lots of women in this area that really don't care about having the latest fashions - that's a fact, not a judgement. Re. the cropped-ness of that sweater: I am very short-waisted and always looking for shorter tops (about 3" above my crotch point is my goal), so I always assess how it looks on the model, taking into account that she is probably roughly my height (5' 10") but wearing a small or extra-small, whereas I wear a large (which will usually be an inch or two longer).
