For starters, it needs to be shorter on you, like on the model. [The back view on you shows a better, shorter length.] You could try lifting the front hems up, then level and square off the overlapping "apron" area before belting, and finally let the back of the "collar" drape behind a fraction.<br /> Another thought -- this cardy is much more like a cape or a poncho or a shawl than a true cardy.
