Sally, I know you understand, with your black dress project! Joy, thank you! It was a productive day! Preppy Pear, I'm not sure it's a statement in my wardrobe, but maybe an upgraded essential? Either way, I'm done shopping for the summer. Sal, black and tan is for-sure my fall-back formula. The tan leather takes some of the edge off. suntiger, lemming away! It'd be a pretty easy formula to replicate from various sources and in multiple colors! (FYI: the silhouette is, in no small part, inspired by my bellydance practice clothing of pantaloons (harem pants) and a choli) DonnaF, I have pretty short legs for my height, but I get how it would be hard to find similar pants that fall right in petite proportions! Suz, is it possible you already have a work uniform and just don't really think of it as such? Maybe it's a formula or a FFBO? Nikki and Angie, I'm starting to feel like Star Wars got it right when it comes to comfortable hot-weather attire.
