I think they’re more maximalist than minimalist, because there is so much going on. But they vary, of course. The first one has slouch in the boots &amp; gloves, big earrings and a statement necklace. On the second one, the gloves are much quieter, there’s no necklace, and the earrings, while they might be the very same ones, don’t stand out as much. I love the cream-colored one with the textured blouse. Seems to me like a maximalist take on monochromatic looks (or plain, as defined on the forum recently). Minimal doesn’t mean neutral colors only. #4 and 9 are off the minimal style and I like them the least.<br />These are mostly statement pieces that could be easily combined with more classical garments or even jeans for every day wear.<br />I think you enjoy mixing statement pieces with classic and would be naturally drawn to these looks.<br />I watched many shoes (too much time on my hands!). Last favorite is F/W 21/22 Brunello Cucinelli. And that’s related to earlier threads (Suntiger’s one especially) about how much yin or yang is in outfits/bodies/faces. The outfit I like best has the most yin. From very different designers and styles. But they all have some common characteristics. A lot of structure, classic mixed with dramatic? My point is that in a fantasy world where figure flattery or money do not exist, I would wear these in a heartbeat - so what does it say about personality and style type? Dramatic classic?
