In my day to day dressing, though, I often think there isn't enough variety! Go figure!</p> <p>Minimalist, yes, I love lined linen, it feels so lux and soft against the skin.</p> <p>Angie, the Teddie pants in #1 and #2 are my current favorites. They feel (and hopefully they look) like they fit me perfectly.</p> <p>LaPedestrienne, just before I bought that blazer I was all done buying blazers (and everything else, for that matter) for the season...or so I thought. I do think that my style has become more confident. I have had the same revelation to yours, nowadays (including 2016) I am &nbsp;having a great time wearing pants again, too! Crops/ankle hems I have always loved and done, but crop wide legs/culotte are new and refreshing to me-so nr 5 is my absolutely top first &nbsp;here! Nr 3 is another fave, that one is a beautiful modern classic. Never say never!</p> <p><b>My favorites include a mix of old and new, and here they are along with the reasons why I chose them:&nbsp;</b></p> <p>#1 - I didn't keep the original pic, so I re-created this one from earlier this fall and wore it today. I love the blazer because it's blue and it's houndstooth. The Teddie pants are a shade of teal green.&nbsp;<br />#2 - The top has sparkly threads that run through it that match the gold shoes. Another pair of Teddie pants, these are burgundy.<br />#3 - The blazer has elbow patch sleeves!<br />#4 - My favorite sweater, it's navy/cream, wool and doesn't itch, paired with my favorite jeans of all time and OTK boots<br />#5 - For as much complaining as I've done about showing my waist, I love the bow at the waist of these forest green lined linen culottes!<br />#6 - I love the lightness of this outfit<br />#7 - These Martie crops are a fav<br />#8 - A drapey plaid shirt and jeans with twisted hems - love, love<br />#9 - My favorite blazer of all time<br />#10 - My favorite fit and flare dress</p> <p><b>Some things I noticed:</b> </p> <ul> <li>There's very little black</li> <li>A lot of my favorites are from J Crew</li> <li>As much as I love skirts and dresses, most of these are pants, some of which I had to alter, but it's worth my time to do that because I love wearing them.</li> <li>Several things here are Angie's recommendations.
