I think it qualifies as an outside coat for October and November. I have not been able to get it out of my mind and now I see it comes in a petite. &nbsp;Meant to be??? &nbsp;I do think it could fill a holiday wardrobe hole in that I can see it worn to holiday parties; either dressed up or dressed down with jeans. &nbsp;This is not a neckline I usually wear in jackets so I'm not sure about it. &nbsp;Should I try it? </p> <p>ETA - after reading the reviews I'm wondering if this should only be worn as an outside coat. &nbsp;I was thinking of wearing it more like a jacket. &nbsp;Too heavy for that UmmLila? &nbsp;I do run very cold.</p>
