That calls for some seriously warm footwear, usually boots. Rieker boots are my favorites. I have several pairs!</p> <p>With tights and skirts, I usually wear ballet flats or suede scrunch boots. Usually I wear boots also so the tights don't show but if I was wearing shoes and tights under jeans I would probably go for nude tights or keep the tights the same colour as my shoes say black tights wth black shoes.
