I’m pretty set for boots right now, but I definitely noticed how many there were. I’m personally not crazy about the ones where the lugged part extends behind the back of the heel. My boots have some feminine details - the pearls on the black boots and the statement laces on the suede, so I don't feel that they are too heavy for my style. I've always loved chunky and combat-type boots. Indeed, in college I actually wore genuine combat boots from the military overstock store downtown, and I just ordered my first pair of Doc Martens since college (with a 2" heel, so not quite standard Docs, but not high enough to not be all day shoes).</p> <p>Additionally, I teach and we were in the building full time last year, despite the pandemic, so I haven't had to change the wardrobe due to WFH. Given your location and situation, I don't blame you for not finding the boots appealing.
