Also I think the fact that the shoe was on the stiff side contributed to the slippage problem. Don't be sorry because I know you'll be back with another great recommendation! When they came they did not disappoint, until I tried them on. The 9 slipped off my right foot in an unfixable way. The 8.5 caused pain in my insteps if I tried them on at the end of the day. </p> <p>I had forgotten. I have a high instep and clogs or loafers can be very hard to fit. And my goodness, in the 90's I bought a pair of expensive patent croc loafers (I must like this style) and they *ripped* where the vamp met the side of the shoe! I took them back and the same thing happened again!</p> <p>I don't know if I'll find a work flat that I love as much for the summer, but I'm at peace. And if you wanted the shoe too and wear one of the sizes, contact Totokaelo because supposedly I got the last pair in each size! </p>
