Here is the black ribbed t-neck. Feel is quite different than what I'm used to with modal. It feels very sturdy, substantial and body-hugging. It is not "fuzzy" the way some modal is, does not seem to attract lint, and has a silky feeling that reminds me bit of a merino-silk blend. Fit is a bit snugger than the navy variegated rib, above -- which is a cotton-modal blend. Anyway, fit is nice and it's a keeper!</p> <p>Note: I really like the sewn-down necks on these. They stay in place, don't roll up, and look cleaner than a standard fold-down turtleneck. Love the variegated ribbing and the colour is quite rich -- bright enough and blue enough to look good with black. Tried it on with the blue jeans I was wearing today and that looks fine too (and as I've mentioned recently I'm hesitant about blue-on-blue looks). Shoulder seams lie nice and flat. XS is body skimming but not tight. Fabric feels cottony, has a nice sheen, and is sturdy without being thick or bulky. I am a fan of rib knits, but need to go with a straight shape, instead of body con, due to the ribs losing their shape across the bustline. Sometimes sizing up solves the problem.
