The workers at my local Nordstrom all seem very depressed, and I'm sure part of it is due to having to wear a mask for hours on end. As others have said, the struggle is real. And I'm finding that it requires much more energy and courage to break out of a depressive state than it did for me before...and I don't always have those reserves. What I have found helpful lately is to find some TV shows (previously aired series) that I have been watching one per night. It gives me something to look forward to that is enjoyable. And some judicious online shopping and planning too.</p> <p>I hope the program works out well.
