I've found a couple that I love in my usual size, 32DD. I'm not sure if they went down to 30, but at less that $30 each having the band shortened would still be a good deal. I have all my fullness on the bottom and outside edges (basically my armpit) and their bras tend to push me back in and up. Of course it is on us to put up the reviews! I think part of the problem is that it is so difficult to find well -fitting bras when you are on the smaller side that a lot of women just give up.
