Very uncomfortable: stiff leather and faux suede that fits close to the ankle and the bootie's top hits right around and up against the ankle bone and every time I flexed my foot my outside ankle bones rubbed up against the hard edges. I have found that when the opening at the ankle is larger than my calf circumference, the booties really make my legs look like sticks. The Tsubo booties were more fitted than the others, but gaped too much, I should have measured their circumference because I can't find it online anywhere. The Miz Mooz booties didn't fit well enough for my needs, and also had some substantial gaping with a 10" circumference.</p> <p>Please report back with your field research!</p> <p>Mae, I think if they are cut pretty low, they are supposed to fit pretty closely.
