Largely two reasons:</p> <p>1. We watch our target RE market pretty closely and there is nothing tempting for sale. This is unlikely to change quickly.</p> <p>2. Having an accessible apartment two miles away gives us an option if one of us has to recuperate from an injury, surgery, etc.</p> <p>In short, it now seems wiser to stay put for a bit.&nbsp; </p>
