I usually wear a 4 or 6 and bought an 8. My Kut from the Kloth white skinnies fit me quite snugly when I bought them and in fact a few people thought I should size up on them. But they actually fit pretty well, and I find they stretch out and on the second wear are most definitely "slouchy." To the point where I need a belt. Hmmm. I now wish I had bought a pair in my regular size too. Higher rise skinnies seem to be easier to find these days, so I think that might be a good place to start. You have to have enough rise to let them slouch while still remaining decent.
