It's a "camera bag" style - more structured and classic than the slingbag you are considering FWIW. Lately my very structured, boxy bags, and my satchels and shoulder bags have been going unused and I’ve been using my backpacks, sling bag and crossbody bags, in softer leathers and slouchier styles. I think if this suits how you use and enjoy your bags, that’s the most important thing. I really like those styles and think they’re pretty timeless. I was actually eyeing the Carla Rockmore sling bag (my niece is obsessed and I’m thinking of getting it for her for Christmas), but it’s a bit big for what I want.
