They're absolutely gorgeous, very comfortable, and definitely run narrow. My calves are 13" and these fit very snugly. That said, the shaft is very tall and they still ended up being too wide at the top. If you can wear a very tall boot, these might work. Let me see if I can dig up my pictures of these... I was so excited to find boots that fit my calves that I didn't even notice the heel until I got home. They are less painful that they look- the heels are just over 3 inches.
