Aww shame, but that means things are going well otherwise right?? I love Heather's comment.

Yes, think of it as the cost of a lesson learned: no pretty hose near cats. It's not the cat's fault... it's a cat. And Heather has a mighty good point, too.

Lyn: Advice for the long term: You do not want him to know the actual cost of anything you are wearing...... ;D

Bring the cat a toy next time (or don't wear your best stockings). Sorry!

I'd call it a RATE day. If the cat is attacking you, it means you must be getting more of his affection than she is.

suck it up... men have NO idea how much hose cost. He probably thinks they were a buck. I wouldn't risk embarrassing him over it. Sorry ;-(

If you value the friendship, I'd suck it up and even make a cat toy out of a knotted section of the hose for his kitty. The cat is probably jealous. Is it a female? If so, watch your black...of your legs.

Unfortunately, it's not as romantic as it sounds. Microwave boy's cat decided to attack my hose; and well, they have a hole in them.

Aside from hating the cat forever, any suggestions?

Microwave boy hasn't offered to replace them; should I just suck it up and not be a spoil sport? They were new, and DKNY, and pretty :(

Much love,
Lyn
