				<description>&#060;p&#062;Burpees are when you stand, crouch and go down into a pushup position by kicking your legs out, then hop your feet forward to under your hips, then jump back up vertical.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;They are also called squat thrusts.&#060;/p&#062;
