Ack, how irritating! They should know, first off. And they should at least offer to call their superiors or corporate office for you and find out. Lazy, lazy, lazy.

I'm sure the company knows its just the staff do not know. I remember when I used to work retail and we had no say over when our store recieved stock or how much of it. Another store may already have it in stock but for whatever reason we didn't.

Its fustrating. Did you end up ordering it?

So I'm slightly infatuated with the striped hat seen in this Burberry shot

http://us.burberry.com/store/

http://www.style.com/fashionsh.....2#slide=62

Nordstrom had the solid version in stock, but said I should check later in the season to see if they get the striped version. I went to Burberry store to enquire if they were going to get it. They couldn't tell, but they could order for me off the website and have it shipped to my place. I can do that. Besides I can't find the hat on the website. The Burberry store also directed me back to Nordstrom. So basically I got no answer, and no further leads from them. You'd think a company store would know what they're going to get for the season.
