I just graduated from high school, and many of my female teachers wore sleeveless tops/dresses (but not tank tops or anything with spaghetti straps). If you need more justification, just look to our first lady, Michelle Obama. She is frequently photographed wearing sleeveless dresses. I have a couple of sheath/shift type dressess I am thinking to wear. Should I wear a cardigan over it?
