Some are a little narrower, but some look identical. I think I saw some purple booties with that heel. Or is it just the slant/angle that's important? Cuban or tapered heel will give you results that are narrower at the bottom. Flared heel seems to give results similar to your first pic, with a wider bottom plus the angle.
