Thanks for the suggestions. Paige has more options than I knew about. I'll give them a try!

I second nancylee's recommendation. Love my Paige Skylines. (I also have the ones with the wider opening; they are called "straight" rather than skinny.) I have muscular calves that are hard to fit into a lot of skinny jeans, and I need a little lift in the behind, too. These fit the bill. I wear them all the time.

I'm a recent convert to skinnies and I love my Paige Skyline skinnies for just the reason you note. They are more traditional looking and less trendy/tight on the lower leg and knee. You have to look carefully and read the product descriptions because some Skylines have different leg openings. The ones I have have a 14-inch leg opening, but some of them have only a 12-inch opening. Good luck!

Hello,

I wonder if anyone can give me some insight as to a brand of skinny (13-14inch leg opening) jean that is not really tight at the knee. I tried an MIH Boston jean that I loved but it made my somewhat flat butt look not so good. I tried the Hudson Collin which solved the butt problem but the leg is just too tight looking. I wanted a more classic look than sexy look. My body type is an apple size 4 or 26 jean
