I LOVE a good scrunch. To my eye, it makes the silhouette. </p> <p>But as I often say, I am *very* sticky about pant lengths. If I am not mistaken, bj111 has mentioned that she is not all that concerned about creating a long leg line. In that case, these cargos are fine. I am not sure what season you are in but I am in Winter and I wear my skinny jeans with long boots most of the time.
