Freckling often goes with warm, it looks like you have a hint of reddish tones in your hair and hazel/green eyes have sparks of gold. However, it's possible you are neutral, which would explain the confusion. I've heard that if you have trouble deciding with the usual tests (which you've already done), a makeup artist might be able to help.
