Thank you very much ladies! I think I will go with my usual size and if need arises exchange them for a half a size bigger.

True to size. I did think they were a bit narrow which caused me a bit of discomfort in one foot until they softened a little. But they did not stretch out to be sloppy!

Mine are true to size. I am a true size 7.5 and that is what I got in both of my pairs. I would say they do run narrow, especially compared to other born shoes, but are very soft and quickly (like within the first wear) stretched enough to not bother my bunion. Other than the bunion, my feet are on the narrower side. I have very shallow insteps and heels and was able to stick in my 3/4 length orthotics (which are around 1 cm thick at the back) with no problem. I usually wear thinner or the tiny no-show socks with them if that helps. I think if you have a higher arch/deeper instep it would not be a problem as you could probably just tie the laces more loosely.
I would not have been able to size up because for non-boot shoes I need the length to be right, otherwise my narrow heels will walk right out of them.

I went up half a size and they were perfect. I love the narrow fit; perfect for my feet. I bought them right before we went to Europe on vacation, and have been tramping all over Stockholm in them for the past two days. I'm wearing them right now, and my feet have never been so happy. Great shoes. I may have to spring for another pair when I get home.

I would say true to size although I think I went up half a size because I was having some issues with my feet at the time. The leather is extremely soft.

Does anyone on YLF own these (Diana)? I have read many reviews and most are excellent, but when it comes to sizing, some say to size up, some to size down and some that they are TTS. Quite confusing....

The metallic ones ( #1) are very pretty but I already own metallic Born loafers, so I am thinking about going for tan (#2). A sensible choice for the first pair, and later I can go for two-tone or some other effect in the second pair.
