These are the J.Crew Martie capris. Which size? Pics 1 and 2 are smaller, pics 3 and 4 are larger.</p> <p>Backstory with these pants: I purchased them a few months ago (in the larger size), and after wearing them on Easter Sunday I discovered some mysterious stains on the back. I have washed them twice and the stains won't come out. I think it might be dye from another pair of pants. I decided to chalk it up to a loss and re-order, but since I have lost about 2 or 3 pounds and an inch off my hips, which isn't much and isn't noticeable, I decided to try two sizes.</p> <p>Thank you for your help! </p>
