You may need to call back and try another agent if the first won't do it. Nordstrom knows that things pop in and out of stock and that deliveries weren't always made before the end of sale. I would not return the wrong size until I got the other one although I have been told that you can. Keep an eye on the original points for your purchase, if you are exchanging a size on a 10 point per dollar item from the first days of NAS you will need to order the new item through the online so that they credit your points to the new size.
