The only store I've ever seen with size 4, 4.5 and 5 shoes is Nordstrom's Rack. Other than that I usually have to order shoes online because stores do not carry anything less than a 6. I wear a 5.5W in heels and 6 in flats. Nordie's has free shipping and free returns now and they carry alot of small sizes. She has TINY feet--smaller than my own size 5 feet--and mismatched to boot. She would ideally wear a Euro 34 on one foot and Euro 35 on the other foot, but in practice usually wears 35.</p> <p>Other than Nordstrom, what's a good in-person resource for small-size shoes? Her style is very casual (e.g. Ecco sneakers) and any heel must be sub-2". </p>
